How does this work? Gateway Bay is a pretty simple concept. Many auction sellers have mastered the skills necessary to publish auctions on eBay, but haven't found the time to learn everything needed to get a page on the actual internet.

Our service fills this void, by importing information from the eBay auctions already on file and publishing that information permanently on the web.

The page you publish here is like the home page on your ISP, or an eBay 'me' page. It's a permanent location on the internet that you can use in links and email to promote the items you have for sale!

Gateway Bay does this by furnishing a simple web interface (control panel) where you can create basic selling information. Our service includes a feature when can import and format listings directly from eBay. These items can be selectively added to you gateway page along with any additional description or key words you want.

An important part of maintaining your gateway page is to choose and include important key words and phrases which will be picked up by search engines and guide new customers to your auctions or selling pages. Once the gateway contains the information you want, use the built-in tools to submit your information to search engines and other link promotion sites.
